ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO refunds, NO returns. 

Any questions regarding your order, please:

* Must contact lunamialuxe@gmail.com within 24 hours after item has been received. After 24 hours, no changes will be accepted. 

*Discounted items are ineligible for returns. 

* Items must be unworn and in original condition.

* Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. (NOTE: if such items are not reported, in a timely fashion, we will note issue store credit. Please email info to lunamialuxe@gmail.com )
